Este ciclo del Reto estubo Genial!! Porfin pude ir al Gimnasio con Mis amigos de EL Reto y la Verdad esta increible ser parte de la comunidad porque te motiva muchisima a seguir adelante.
Comence el Ciclo Pesando 56 Kg. y Termine Pesando 58.1 Kg me quede corto de mi Meta que eran 59Kg, pero la verdad me veo y me siento increible! Este es el ciclo en el que mas he notado cambios en mi cuerpo. Mi ropa Porfin me queda como deberia, nunca habia podido usar camisas Chicas porque aun asi me quedaban grandes, pero hace un par de semanas fui de compras y porfin me quedan! y lo mejor es que me quedan como me gustan (: .

Esta delicioso y me ayudo a maximizar mis resultados! tomaba 3 Cucharadas de YOR MRP en 400ML de Leche Light Junto con Mi desayuno que constaba de comer 3 Huevos 2 Veces a la semana para poder mantener mis Grasas y niveles de colesterol Bajos, los demas dias de la semana solo desayunaba lo que habia preparado en la casa.
Mi rutina de ejercicio constaba de ir al Gimnasio 5 Dias a la semana y hacia entrenamientos de una hora y media o dos Horas Dependiendo el dia.
