I love chocolate. Milk Chocolate. I guess that is the reason my belly stuck out the way it did in the before picture. Unfortunately, sometimes stomach pain came along with that desire to eat chocolate as well. I was diagnosed with celiac disease when I was 21. Preventing me from eating foods like gluten, wheat, barley, and rye. It also put me at risk for contamination if I ingested even the smallest bit of grains or wheat. This also disqualified me from taking a lot of other supplements out there, that could harm me. I was limited on my diet, limited on my supplements, and even though I worked out I always felt bloated because I would substitute starchy foods for fatty foods. It was frustrating because my strength plateaued, and recovering from the tough workouts my trainer put me through took forever. My arms would swell with fluid from over exerting them. They would take weeks to recover because of the lack of proper nutrition. Feeling bloated, weak, working night shifts as a nurse, and being limited on my diet to the point where I would hardly eat anything. Keeping myself in mediocre shape was frustrating. People would compliment me but I literally believed they are lying. Being in constant fear of eating anything that would harm me while at the same time starving was driving me insane. Drinking protein shakes that tasted like chalk and pretending to like them, taking expensive vitamins that smelled like cow manure. I was stubborn at first, when my boyfriend introduced me to the products. But the first time he gave me a sip of his vanilla MPR, and showed me the digest ultra literally dissolve a cup of pudding to demonstrate NDS's amazing breakdown power. I would have been really dumb to stay stubborn. Right away energy levels peaked. Why have a milkshake when I can have an MRP. My belly started to lower, and I saw cuts on my body I use to see in the magazines. It's extremely exciting, and I've never been happier with my strength and health. My MRP runs out way to fast because I mix it with my oatmeal in the morning and take it after working out.... and sometimes for lunch too, and another one before I go to sleep. Even more motivation to win the challenge! How did the challenge change my life? I don't have to feel guilty when I have the best tasting shake in the world. I don't even believe how good and delicious it is, healthy and low calorie at the same time while helping my body get stronger. Surreal. BEST THING EVER!!!
