Hola a todos! La verdad me siento muy contenta de concluir mi primer ciclo en el reto y de ver cambios tan padres en mi persona, no nadamás en lo físico sino también en mi forma de pensar; ya que creo que mi logro más grande considero que fue el mantenerme fuera de mi zona de comfort y esforzarme por romper mis límites constantemente.

Inicialmente cuando me pesé creía que pesaba 68kg pero resultó que pesaba 68.8kg (en mi vida había pesado tanto, claro que me traumé cuando vi la báscula) y terminé mi ciclo con 65.2kg. Lo más impresionante fueron las medidas porque bajé:
- 4cm de Cintura (de 76cm a 72cm)
- 7cm de Cadera (de 107cm a 100cm)
- 8% de grasa en total (de 29% a 21%)

Durante este ciclo me tomaba cada día:
- 1 malteada con 1 scoop y media de MRP, con 1 scoop de FIBER PLUS, con 1 scoop de SUPER GREENS.
- 1 DIGEST 15 MINUTOS ANTES DE LA COMIDA.
- 1 SCOOP DE FIBER PLUS, EN UN VASO CON AGUA 10 MINUTOS ANTES DE LA CENA.
- 1 CAPSULA de PROBIOTICOS ANTES DE DORMIR.

La verdad es que empecé con metas pequeñas, la primera semana empecé subiendo 30 pisos de escalones, las siguientes 2 semanas le aumenté a 42 pisos diarios; mi rutina para las siguientes 3 semanas era: 50 pisos diarios, 100 sentadillas, 50 burpees, 50 desplantes por lado; y mi rutina para las últimas 2 semanas ha sido: las escaleras + insanity.

El reto para mi representó la oportunidad de rediseñarme y lograr avanzar un peldaño más en el camino para lograr la mejor versión de mi persona; para mí siempre ha sido un desafío ser constante o terminar lo que empiezo, y en esta ocasión logré crear un hábito para hacer ejercicio a las 6:00AM antes de irme a trabajar y mejoré mucho mis hábitos alimenticios (lo cual ha sido sumamente fácil con la ayuda de los productos).

Uno de mis mayores por qués es el inspirar a otras personas, pero durante este proceso he entendido que no puedo aspirar a eso si antes no me inspiro yo misma; es por eso que decidí tomar el reto e ir más allá de lo que me creía capaz de hacer/lograr.

Hello everyone! Im very happy to finish my first cycle of 8 week challenge and I feel great about my changes, not only physically but also mental ones; I think that my biggest accomplishment was keeping myself out of my comfort zone and push myself to break my limits constantly.

Initially when I thought I weighed 68kg I sadly discovered that I weighed 68.8kg (in my life had weighed that much so when I saw this I got shocked) and finished my cycle with 65.2kg. The most impressive were the measurements that went down:

- 1 SCOOP OF FIBER PLUS IN A GLASS WITH WATER 10 MINUTES BEFORE DINNER.
- 1 CAPSULE of PROBIOTICS BEFORE SLEEP.

The truth is that I started with small goals, the first week I started climbing 30 floors of stairs, the following two weeks I upgraded to 42 floors a day; my routine for the next three weeks was: 50 stories a day, 100 squats, 50 burpees, 50 lunges per side, and my routine for the past two weeks has been: the stairs + insanity.

The 8 week challenge for me was an opportunity to redesign myself and take one step further on the road to achieve the best version of me; it has always been for me a challenge to be constant or finish what I start and this time I managed to create a habit for exercising at 6:00 am before going to work and I improved a lot my eating habits (which has been extremely easy with the help of YOR Health products).

One of my biggest whys is to inspire other people, but during this process I understood that I cant aspire to it without first inspire myself, which is why I decided to take the challenge and go beyond what I thought able to do / achieve.
