These past 8 weeks have been something completely different for me. Starting off at 170 pounds, and suffering a knee injury right before the start of my second cycle I must say I was a bit skeptical to get any results. I suffered a hyperextension of the knee injury while playing soccer (bruised meniscus), the doctor had told me it would take me at least 2-3 months for my knee to be 100% and for me to start playing again. Starting off my cycle with that struggle I knew I would have to be a lot more committed than anyone else if I wanted to achieve the results I set out for, so keeping in mind that obstacle I set as a goal dropping 8 pounds and getting a 6-pack. I must say now that after going through the transformation I have there's no doubt in my mind these are the best products and the best motivation for anybody to use and do.
My first 3 weeks despite not being able to run, jog or even jump rope I was able to drop those 8 pounds I set out for. I did it through consistency with my products and healthy eating. I was taking 2 MRP's a day, 2 complete burns, 1 super greens, and 3 repair.
The repair I took more because of my knee. I am CONVINCED that it was because of these amazing products my knee was able to recover in half the time, I was jogging again by my 4th week despite being told it would take 10-12 weeks. By my 5th week I was running, and by my 6th week I was back to playing full contact soccer again. I do admit that after I was able to start exercising again I slowed down a bit on my products, I even thought I had gained weight. I was now only taking 1 MRP a day, 1 super greens, but still 2 complete burns. I was exercising about 3 times a week. To my delight I was wrong, and I had dropped an additional 4 pounds.
The last time I weighed myself was 12 days ago, and I was weighing 158. I set out to drop 6 pounds in my last 12 days and push myself. I didn't hit the 152 I set out to 12 days ago but I was close. Now I'm weighing 154 and I'm in the best shape I've been in, in 4 years. I doubled my goal as I was going for 8 pounds, and I achieved 16. There's no words to describe what I'm feeling right now, and there's no one else I can thank but the people that introduced me to this challenge. My friends and sponsors that helped me stay on track and pushed me to keep working towards my goal. 16 pounds in 8 weeks is crazy.
This challenge has helped me build discipline, consistency and of course confidence. I don't have to suck my stomach in anymore when I wear a tight shirt. I don't have to worry about when I go to the beach or a pool because I had cellulite on my stomach. Thank you, Yor Health.
