Je suis très contente de mes résultats ainsi que de ma participation au Best Body Challenge.
Cela m'a permis de dépasser mes limites et de voir que tout est possible quand on se fixe des objectifs et qu'il y a des personnes pour vous soutenir. Je ne peux que remercier la communauté Yor car c'est un soutient incroyable! Ca m'a booster jour après jour!
Les produits m'ont donné un énorme coup de pouce et m'on permis de rester en forme et énergique tout au long du challenge!
J'ai pris les vitamines, 2x2/jour, les fibres 1/j, les probiotiques(je ne sais pas se que je ferais sans eux), 1/j, les Oméga3, 2/j car en même temps j'avais des cours et cela m'a aider à mieux me concentrer, ainsi que lutéine, 1/j et supergreen 1/j (super quand on a pas le temps d'acheter des fruits et légumes!)
Maintenant je me sens super bien et je me réjouis de commencer le prochain challenge pour avoir encore plus de résultats, notamment au niveau de la musculature!
