Mi experiencia con el reto fue proponerme modificar mis hábitos alimenticios pues no era muy buena mi alimentación y sobre todo las cantidades que ingería diariamente.
El proponerme mantener un régimen alimenticio y de ejercicio me ayudo a ir logrando mis metas de salud. Mi peso se fue incrementando y gracias al uso de los productos y al ejercicio estoy alcanzando mis metas.
Los productos que use durante el reto fueron la malteada alternándola algunas veces en la mañana y otras en la noche como cena dependiendo de las actividades que tuviera, un complete burne en la mañana junto con las vitaminas.
El Super greens para desintoxicarme y como un snack por la tarde.
Actualmente mi meta era bajar 8 kilos, no los baje, de hecho subí un kilo, pero en tallas si, la ropa me queda mucho mejor, ya no me agoto fácilmente y mi humor mejoro mucho.
Voy por mi siguiente reto ya no bajare la guardia.
