Bueno ahora en mi segundo ciclo empece con 95 kilos y ahora con 91 kilos, bajando 4 kilos, me he sentido de maravilla, con todos los productos, mi paquete es el de Best Body, empezaba con un probiotico y dos repair en la mañana, luego mi Shake MRP de chocolate super rica! combinada con supergreens, fibra y berry blast dependiendo si andaba muy cansada, luego mi digest con comida normal saludable, y claro las vitaminas super buenas!, luego en la tarde un shake de nuevo o cenaba algo acompañando mi cena con digest y las vitaminas, el ejercicio de 3 a 4 veces por semana se trataba de cardio y algunas pesas pequeñas, la verdad que ha cambiado rotundamente mi vida, he estado bajando de peso y sintiéndome cada vez mejor, super alegre, feliz por este cambio en mi vida que ha sido en todos los aspectos!!!...
