Antes de comenzar con el reto mi peso era de 132 lb , mi cintura media 79 cm, tenia de grasa corporal 31.9%, grasa visceral 4 %, en masa muscular tenia 28% y en el indice de masa corporal estaba en 21.5%, lo primero que hice al saber esta información fue cambiar mi rutina de ejercicios, de hacer body system, a rutina de pesas combinada con cardio , seguido de modificar cosas pequeñas como de hacer tres comidas a incrementarle dos colaciones, así como desayunar antes de ir a entrenar, mis dos colaciones al día son tres medidas de mrp, una medida de super greens así como una medida de fibra y en cada alimento una enzima, el entrenamiento que estoy llevando es de lunes a sábado, mi peso al final de este primer reto es de 134 lbs, mi cintura se redujo 2 cm y esta en 77cm, mi grasa corporal bajo a 28.6%, en cuanto a grasa visceral esta en 3%, mi masa muscular aumento a 30.1%, y el indice de masa corporal esta en 21.2%, estoy muy contenta de los resultados obtenidos en este primer reto reduje una talla, este desafío me ha disciplinado a ser constante, a disfrutar mas del ejercitarme, a cuidar mas de mi cuerpo, y a seguir entrenando para lograr mejores resultados en el próximo reto.
