Hello everyone! My name is Bethanie! I just turned 23 years young and I am recently a new mother! So I have to say , surprisingly, that its sad my first 8 week challenge is up. I enjoyed it that much! This is the end of my first but definitely won't be my last! These past 8 weeks in the challenge and with Yor Health have changed my life. I not only lost weight but I feel great. I have loads of energy (and for being a new mom of a now three month old, that is certainly saying something!) and I know that I am much, much healthier.
I started this challenge really only looking for a way to help me shed some baby weight. As the challenge went on I realized I was not doing this just to lose weight, I was doing this to become a happier and healthier person. I want to be a positive role model for my daughter. I want her growing up seeing what a healthy lifestyle with good choices can look and feel like.
The products that I used were the Daily Packs, MRP, Fiber, and Super Greens. I mix the Supergreens with the fiber and drink that in the morning. I feel like that starts my day off right and gives me that bit of extra natural energy! With the meal replacement I started off replacing dinner with a shake. After about the first three weeks I stopped that and just drank a shake for a mid afternoon snack instead. One powerful thing I learned over the last two months was CONSISTENCY IS KEY!! I used the products as I should and did it regularly. I truly believe this is ultimately what led to my personal success in the challenge. I was even able to beat my goal weigh by 2 lbs!
