Los cambios obtenidos gracias a los Productos de Yor Health combinado con alimentación más saludable y ejercicio me han apoyado muchísimo a tener mejoras en mi salud física y el como me veo y me siento.
Comencé con 79 kilos este ciclo de 8 semanas y ahora tengo 75 una talle menos bueno casi que 2 tallas menos ps cada vez la ropa nueva me va quedando grande jajaja era talla 36-34 ahora soy 34-32 (y esta también quedando grande la 32 jejeje me siento genial con esoooo!!!)
Estuve tomando MRP- mañana y noche, Digest Ultra antes de la comida, Repair 2 después de ejercicio y Super Greens por la tarde como snack e hice 2 días greens.
El ejercicio no fue tan constante ps hubo días que no realizaba pero en su mayoría salia a caminar, trotar subir y bajar escalones y cardio.
Cada vez me siento mejor conmigomisma y claro al ir a comprar ropa que antes no me quedaba es fantástico, mejor digestión y por supuesto y mas energía.
