Inicie pesando 171lbs y logre mi objetivo de llegar a 150lbs

Para poder lograr mi primer reto fue apoyarme consumiendo la malteada en desayuno diariamentente, el probiotico una capsula en ayuno cinco veces a la semana, el super green tres veces a la semana y repair lo tome una cápsula cinco veces a la semana y en la comida comer e saladas y comida asada o cocida.

Un gran detonante fue hacer ejercicio todos los días de lunes a viernes. Salir a correr los Sábado y domingos y de lunes a viernes el gym 1 hora cardio y 40 min pesas y30 de abdminales.

Al entrar al reto logre volver ejercicio tener la confianza en ejercircitarme diariamente, y volver a pensar en correr la maratón de 5 y 10 kms.

Estoy muy emocionado y voy por los demás retos.
