Termino, FELIZ!!
Continuo, conservando mi peso, de una manera muy comoda o facil! (lo cual para mi, durante toda mi vida represento estar en miles de dietas...cambios de tallas y largas horas de ejercicio). Estuve en mis ultimas 5 semanas del reto, en Colombia, en casa de mi mama, atendida con mis comidad favoritas...ya se imaginaran!.
Y termino el RETO, EN MI PESO 60 KILOS!!,
Y lo mejor....continuo, con mi recuperacion articular...cada vez con menos dolor cada vez que hago mi ejercicio.

Consumo: al levantarme m Repair, desayuno YOR Shaker+ vitaminas+fibra. medio dia vitaminas, en la tarde disfruto mi suer green, con jugo de naranja, y en la noche vitaminas. Acaompaño comida y cena con digest ultra!!.
Realmente, me siento con mucha viatlidad, me gusta como se ve mi piel, mi pelo!!
