I am Keirsten. I am a stay at home mom of two little girls. Hearing this, you would probably assume that I have plenty of time for healthy eating and working out, considering I stay at home. I am going to let you know now that this is absolutely not the case. I am constantly on the run, with little time for the gym, and even less time for preparing healthy foods. Even so, I have never ever been an active or healthy person. I am a junk food junky and I have never exercised.

It took me a VERY long time to be convinced to join this challenge. Money is tight in a one income family household. However, my breaking point in deciding to join was when I got sick from eating 5 slices of pizza (yes that happened), and some pie for dessert. (I’ve always been a small girl, but I can dominate some food. It just goes to show that just because you’re skinny, that does not mean you’re healthy!) The next day, I called my good friend Brent and said LETS DO THIS.

Now that I have been taking these products for eight weeks, it has become about so much more than the products themselves. I started out with MRP's and Digest Ultra. In the first week, I saw a change in my body and lost five pounds of waste. My energy levels SKY ROCKETED! Being able to have energy and feel good about myself affected the way I parent in ways that I never even considered.

Don't get me wrong, I am HUMAN! During the 3rd to 4th week of my challenge I completely gave in and "gave up" in a sense. Everyone around me was eating fried delicious food and I had no one to go to the gym with. It was hard. So I stopped taking the products... I stopped working out... I did not care about eating better... AND LET ME TELL YOU, I could feel the immediate difference in my energy AND my mood! After that one week, I realized something. I would rather be happy and healthy than enjoy foods that are going to hurt my health, and most importantly, my mood toward my friends and family.

Since then I have gotten back on track, and also began with Supergreens and Probiotic Ultra. I have learned that these products have so much more to do with the health of my body than anything.... Gaining a great physique was just a bonus ;) I believe so much in this company, and in the products that I take, that I have become a promoter myself :) I have also taken on new life challenges, starting with a new goal I have set to learn and MASTER yoga!

I did not hit all my goals in this eight week challenge. I did lose weight and tone up a bit, but I wanted to gain more muscle. I started this challenge at 119 and ended at 117. I gained muscle, but I am going to work on gaining more. I am not upset though, because now I will be able to set those goals a bit higher during my next eight week challenge! It makes it all that more exciting because I now have friends in the challenge, and I know that I will be even MORE successful this next eight weeks! I am so excited for the future and all of its possibilities!
