Hola El reto de YOR BESTBODY me ha cambiado la vida.

Mi segundo ciclo y estoy emocionado con los resultados que tengo y eh sentido. Mis tiempos en carreras y en mis rutinas han mejorado. Subí de masa muscular y me siento contento por lo que veo y se que viene muchos mas.

Consumí mas MRP antes y después de entrenar y lo desayunaba y lo cenaba. Aumente la cantidad de vitaminas y me apoye con las digestivas en las comidas.
