My goal starting the challenge was to put on 7lbs of muscle. When I initially started the challenge I was only eating 3 times a day once in awhile it be 4 times a day but that very rare. The thing about me is I can be a very picky eater. When it comes time eat I don't know what to eat. So the hardest part of the challenge for was eating more. About half way into challenge I started meal prepping and eating a minimum of 5 meals a day and taking digestives with every meal, and blending my MRP with fruits and peanut butter instead of just taking with water.
