Este reto me ayudo mucho a poder regresar mi cuerpo a un balance siempre e sido una persona delgada pero con el tiempo me di cuenta que empeze a subir de peso en partes donde no se veia bien a la hora de quitarme la playera
me costo bastante el poder ser una persona disciplinada pero el solo echo de pensar en que era por mi bien fue que me motivo a seguir adelante dia a dia
y tambien gracias a todas esas personas que no me dejaron que me riendiera
Nunca e sido una persona que tomara nada pero desde el primer dia que tome los productos me encantaron y sobre todo que son faciles de usar en la mañana me prepara el MRP con fibra, frutas y sabe delicioso y en la noche igual a media tarde una colacion con supergreens y agua de limon que estaba delicioso para este clima tan caluroso
