This is my 4th 8wk challenge and I have been on track for all 4 cycles. My goal is to gain lean muscle mass. I started at 148lbs and in 3 wks jumped to 153lbs. I hit my goal if 8lbs during my 5th wk of this challenge and with time to spare. Initially my goal was to gain 1/lb per week. This way exceeded my expectations.
I work out 1hr a day 4-5x a week. I used MRP to help put on lean mass. 3 scoops each serving. 2 servings per day on too of my 3 meals. Making that 5 meals a day.
I feel confident, energetic, secure, and on top of the world! Before YorHealth products, I was not educated on nutrition. YorHealth has a great support system of promoters that help to educate the world about health.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
