Este es mi segundo ciclo. Empecé pesando 41kg, me enfermé y baje un kg. No imaginé que podria llegar a mi meta e incluso pasarme por un kilogramo,ahora peso 44kg...a medio reto decidí empezar ir al gym, iba de lunes a sábado y logré subir 4kg de Masa muscular. Tomé todos los productos exactamente como el régimen que indican en YOr Health...sólo que la malteada la tomaba media hr antes de mi rutina, media hr después y por la noche al dormir.
Me siento contenta con el resultado, aunque aún no estoy satisfecha, porque aun no tengo el cuerpo que quiero. Así que me inscribire en el próximo reto :)
