My name is Caleigh and my goal in joining this challenge was to get in swim shape so I could compete in an ocean swim race. I have not swam laps in over 6 years since graduating from high school, so I wanted to jump back in and prove to myself I can do it again. I got a gym membership the same week I joined the Best Body Challenge. I swam 5 days a week and took 1 YOR MRP every day before/after my swims in addition to mixing YOR Super Greens into juice or water every day. I lost 5 lbs (123 to 118 lbs) and Im back to the body that I'm proud of, in shape and healthy.
My swim partner and I trained hard for the open water swim in San Diego and I ended up finishing in 3rd place in my age group. Not only did I meet my goal of swimming a mile in 30 minutes or less, I took home a metal to prove my hard work paid off. I had never imagined in my wildest dreams that I would a) compete in a swim race b) be crazy enough to choose to swim in 58 degree water and conquer it without a wet suite, and c) win! Thanks to the YOR Health products, I can workout hard, stay energized, and feel good inside and out. Had it not been for this challenge, I wouldn't have put so much time and determination into my swim practices and I wouldn't have ever recognized the potential I now know I have.
