God bless Yor Health products wow! I definitely would not have gotten the results I got without them. This 8 Week Challenge really pushed me to reach my goals which was to tone up and get the core I wanted. Prior to the 8 Week Challenge I was not in any form of strict regimen following a diet or eating healthy, which caused me to not get much results. I come from a Latino family so that means we eat a lot of fried greasy foods, white rice, added salt, etc. I told myself, "If I want to get results, I must discipline myself by changing my eating lifestyle" It makes it a lot harder to digest those types of foods when you don't have your enzymes. Living in America it is getting harder and harder to digest our food properly because of GMO's and preservatives. So it essential to have your enzymes whenever you are having any kind of food. My favorite product Digest Ultra helped me with breaking down the food I consumed because it made sure I was absorbing all the nutrients I was taking in. I started out my day with having my fruits for breakfast with Supergreens and Fiber. For lunch I made sure I had enough protein with my digest ultra so it can be broken down properly. After my work out I took my MRP to recover my muscles with amino acids. I exercised 5 days a week with my good friend Carlos Rodriguez and he we both pushed each other in the challenge.
