Hello, my name is Cynthia Munguia and I live in Anaheim, California. Before I joined the challenge I was very over weight. I have 4 children and I was weighing the same as when I was 9 months pregnant with my last child. I was not happy with my weight and my body was telling me. I would get pains in my knees and ankles. I had no energy to interact with my kids. I have an 8 hour job where I sit at a computer all day so I am not very active. Then I would come home and sit at my computer again. I had no motivation or drive to be active.
One day I had to ask my husband to help me get up out of my own bed. It was embarrassing but a wake up call that I needed to do something. I had tried Yor health products in the past and knew they worked. So I contacted Jose Nilo to purchase more products. He explained the new 8 week challenge and I joined right away.
I take the Yor MRP shake in the morning and use the Yor Daily Pack with all my meals and bedtime. Jose Nilo helped me with a healthy eating regimen that I stick to Monday - Friday. On the weekends I still eat healthy but let myself indulge in a few sweet. I also Zumba at a local place and love it. I started going once a week and then 3 times a week. I have the energy to keep up in class. Because of the 8 week challenge it motivated me to go work out. I could not use excuses to not work out. I wanted to be successful in this challenge.
I have lost 15 pounds in 8 weeks which is wonderful but what I love the most is how energetic and happy I feel. I now do more activities with my kids. We enjoy volley ball at the park. I get so many compliments from co-workers, family and friends about how great I look. I love it. Thanks to the Challenge I was able to get control of my weight and get my life back.
