Wow what an awesome challenge to do and will recommend it to all of my friends and family. Took me awhile to get into a proper routine as I work long hours but once I started seeing results the more motivated I got and started believing in the products.
Once I woke up each morning half hour before breakfast I had one probiotic ultra pill great way to start the day. For breakfast for the past 8 weeks I had a scoop of the protein powder, scoop of fibre plus, scoop of super greens and a berry blast sachet mixed in all with water. At first after been all mixed together it looked disgusting but funny enough tasted bloody unreal.
Before the challenge I was having 2-3 coffees a day to get me through the day which I knew was bad for me but that's what the berry blast does it gives you that kick you need for the start of the day but without the caffeine. I even would have a berry blast sachet before my gym workout.
I made it almost 6 weeks straight without having one single coffee which I'm sure my body loved as I felt great and clean inside.
The digest ultra pills are definitely my favourite and will continue to take them. Before the challenge after each meal I had during the day I always felt bloated, had indigestion and felt fatigue. These pills changed that straight away from the moment I started taking them. Doesn't matter if you have small or large meals eat like a pig etc digest ultra breaks down all the food you eat within about 6 hours than the normally 36-48 hours it would normally pass through my system. I always felt I could eat another meal or two but never did as I was trying to slim down etc not put weight back on
Before bed I took a repair ultra each night and to be honest they didn't do much for me I noticed or maybe they did lol I noticed if I had a stressful day at work I'd sleep very good and woke up clear headed etc other nights it just felt like I was taking a pill for no reason. But it must of done something because all the products I have been taken the past 8 weeks I feel bloody fantastic, happy and motivated cannot wipe the smile off my face. Lost a lot of body fat, toned up, have body definition which I have never had before and my insides feel cleansed
I worked out between 1-2 hours 5 days a week was hard at first but like I said once I saw results and my body shape was changing the more motivated I got and made sure I got to the gym. I made sure I gave myself 2 or sometimes 3 days off from the gym as you need good rest and good sleep.
I watch what I buy at the supermarket now, buy a lot of low fat, organic protein food stay away from dairy and sugars which is hard as they are in most thing we eat everyday but if you want results like I did and I'm sure you do you take the time to read and find out what you are actually eating
Ill definitely be doing another YOR Health challenge and will be pushing my friends and family to try it, you can say it is an investment into great health and feeling great about yourself
