My name is Carlos from North Bergen,N.j.I made decision that changed my life!!! .Never thought that my body would change so drastically in which i gained confidence &self-steam mentally and physically going from" 180lb-160lbLike many young people never thought that my health was a priority ,not even considering the fact that i come from a family with diabetes and high blood pressure.Not having control in my nutrition or what my body was consuming ,it was not until I met one of the representative that changed my perspective and there my journey began . I used to work out but never saw results due to the lack of motivation and self convicting that my body was in shape .Seeing results from others it made me believe more in the product line. I started a routine by going to the gym 5days a week and doing cardio 3 times a week even on saturdays , something that i have never done in the past once again gaining mental strength ,dertermination ,discipline. It Takes mental toughness for someone to be committed to get fit for 8 weeks. Half the battle is showing up to the gym and telling yourself to change your body and not only going to the gym but sticking to strict diet. When you have a partner to do a program like this it makes it easier because doing anything alone is way more challenging. My diet went from eating a lots of white rice unnecessary carbs to having my greens ,cutting down sugars replacing it with my healthy YOR-SHAKE .My regimen for the day was starting out with my YOR-SHAKE &FIBERPLUS and capsule of complete burn together for breakfast following up with a healthy lunch consisting proteins,salads making sure that i consumed my enzymes and multi vitamins .Before hitting the gym i would have my super greens mixed with some fruit and had my complete burn .After the gym i make sure i had a meal to refuel my muscles with again proteins and healthy carbs accompanied with Digest-ultra .If i had a snack i would prefer to have a fruit an hour before going to bed ending my night with Yor- probiotics and Yor-repair ultra .The products are amazing and they speaks for themselves .
What impacted me the most was the dedication of my friend who is a REP -Jeffrey Herrera who introduce to the products. I can not be thankful enough for team-Thrive motivating and encouraging me to keep going leading by example making me feel welcome to any of their events such as running ,kickboxing,swimming staring our own event for the community call "Run for your health. " It shows its not only a company that sells a products but who cares about the person motivating me to spread the word and helping others on changing their live the same way that YORHEALTH did to me.
