The impact the Yor Best Body Challenge has had on my life is probably one of the best things I have done for myself. I have always been over weight, I thought I was happy and had accepted that this is how I was going to be the rest of my life. Before I was always tired, and didn’t want to do anything outside as in exercise. I was always to myself. I had lost weight in the past, but the process never stuck with my lifestyle. But With this product, it’s been a transition in the way I eat but it’s been easy because the Yor MRP Meal Replacements taste great. My self-esteem has sky rocketed up and now I am more confident in myself that I can achieve what I want. Now, I am the one who is at home and going out and exercise, I feel with so much energy now that I don’t want to stop. When I first heard of the product I heard from my cousin Monica Barroso, she was the one who had a party to introduce people with the product. But I didn’t buy any product I was hesitant to even start with the program, but then my other cousin Marisol Barroso, had one too about eight weeks after when she won the Slim Challenge. That made me open up and get started on using the product. After seeing them achieve their goals, it helped with that little boost I need to start with this product, because using it wasn’t going to hurt me but help me be a better person, inside and out. Not only has it helped me week by week because I have lost weight, this is only the beginning of my transformation process I believe it has been a great start to the rest of my life. I feel like I’ve been born again. I have so much energy and I’m so happy with life. This is only the beginning of what I want to accomplish. My daily food intake regimen has changed also since I started the program. I am very consisted with eating every couple of hours and drinking a lot of water to keep my hydrated throughout the day. I have learned to love food that is good for you. Now I am always trying to challenge myself by trying to make foods that everyone loves but with a lower calorie intake, and make them healthier for you. With these products it has made me feel great about myself and what I’m putting into my body. I am nourishing it with nutritional things it needs, and not junk that doesn’t help my body transform into what it can with time and with the Yor Health Supplements. Within a couple of days, people were already asking me what I was doing because they could notice my weight lost. After a month, everyone was asking me and that I was looking good. This product has not only helped me but people around me. I have been the starting pillar in my family. Now my parents and brothers have followed in using this product as well. Not only them, but family friends have also started taking the products. I have helped them start their 8 week challenge with this product. With my results it shows that this product is what it states that it can do. This product has motivated me not to stop with my transformation, but to continue with it until I have accomplished my final weight in. My before weight was 235 pounds, and now after this 8 weeks challenge it is 218 pounds. I used Yor products to help me obtain my final weight. I used the Yor Probiotics Ultra, Yor complete Burn, Yor Digest Ultra and the Yor MRP Meal Replacement. I took these products as it is recommended in the Daily Schedule. When I wake up in the morning I take one Yor Probiotics Ultra. Then for breakfast I had a Yor MRP Meal Replacement, during this time I would also take Yor complete Burn. For Lunch I would drink a Yor MRP Meal Replacement. At around two o’clock in the afternoon I would take my second Yor complete Burn. And lastly during dinner time I would take my Yor Digest Ultra. This is my Yor Health Supplements activity throughout the day. I would do this every day Monday through Sunday. It was more difficult during the weekends, but I always had two Yor MRP Meal Replacements a day. I tried to exercise at least five times a week. There were times, which I had the time to exercise twice a day. In the morning, and in the evening, once to the gym and the second time would do some type of cardio at home or park. My gym regimen consisted of all cardio at least 60 min a day. I will defiantly join the next Slim Challenge, if I Place any winning bracket, it will be awesome and very rewarding. It’s going to take time but it’s going to be a great journey getting there, with all my hard work, and everyone who is supporting me along the way like they have been doing these past eight weeks. I know that the products are a fundamental key to achieving my goals. I hope that one day I can become someone’s motivation to change their lives too, as my cousin Marisol Barroso has been for me.
