Bueno mi peso al iniciar el reto es de 88 kg, con lo que mas batallo es con mis hábitos alimenticios casi no como comida chatarra pero como a deshoras y como mucho, algunas veces no se cuando parar.
Al ingresar al reto mi objetivo es bajar 10 kg y componer mis hábitos alimenticios.

Ahora que termino mi reto baje 7 kilos me siento mucho mejor no me canso al subir y bajar escaleras, para el reto tome el complete burn una pastilla todas las mañanas junto con las vitaminas.
En las comidas solidas tomaba Yor Digest Ultra, y la malteada por las noches, no todos los días pues muchas veces me ganaron mis malos hábitos alimenticios, y aun así baje 7 kilos.
Empece a hacer ejercicio como caminar y hace tres semanas entre a un programa de ejercicio Insanity, que aunque es muy pesado me ha ayudado a complementar mi dieta.
Hoy me siento mucho mejor, me veo mejor (aunque todavía me falta mucho jaja) y he mejorado mis hábitos.
