Before the 8-week challenge I weighed 90kgs, I had an okay diet and didn't exercise. Now I weigh 78kgs and I feel incredible! I'm exercising at least once a day, I eat well, I have much more energy and I'm overall just happier. I'm proud of myself for completing the challenge but I definitely couldn't have done it without the complete range of YOR Health products. I was having one of everything everyday.
Berry Blast, Fibre & Supergreens before the gym in the morning, protein straight after. Digestive enzymes & multi V with lunch & dinner. Probiotic and Repair at bedtime.
At my peak my workout was
Gym 5x week
Football 3x week
Bikram Yoga 4x week
70+ Push-ups 3x daily

All of this training and I didn't even get sore muscles, thanks to these world class products I could train as much as I wanted to, Imagine not being limited by recovery time, now that's powerful.

My outlook on life and my personal health has certainly changed, I understand now that it was because of lack of correct information that I wasn't previously successful in achieving my goal weight.
