YAYYYYYYY!!!! I am so happy I have now completed my first 8 week challenge. My name is Sheena Culic, I am 23 and live in the beautiful Gold Coast, Australia. I was first introduced when I noticed a friend speaking and posting about YOR Health products and seeing so many active and positive photos. I was adamant I wanted to join in on how he was so high on life!
Throughout my life I've always been active in school sports and training hard at the gym but could never see results. I was always eating healthy as in chicken, vegetables and salads but my biggest weakness was chocolate and those unhealthy afternoon and late night snacks which I would have almost everyday. It made me feel tired from work and the lack of nutrients my body was consuming had made my sleeping patterns usual. Starting this challenge has changed my whole outlook on life and how much better it can be.
The biggest thing the products has given me is ENERGY. After about 5 days I started to notice my body changing and how good my sleeping was. I now wake up in the morning excited about my day even if I have to wake up at 4am for work :) I have lost 3.6 kilos and I'm extremely happy as I know I have put on a lot of muscle so I havent focused on the scales but through my clothes and measurements. My aim is to be toned with definition and always lifting heavier weights than the last. I always tell myself "slow progress is still progress".
My day consisted of a Probiotic & a shake in the morning (MRP either chocolate or vanilla, SuperGreens and Fiber Plus). I would include Digest Ultra with my breakfast and dinner. And Repair capsule before bed and also after a big weights session. The best thing I have ever taken however, and I mean EVERRRR!!!! Is the CompleteBurn and Berry Blast. It gives me so endurance throughout the day and the taste of the berry blast is AMAZING!!! I've tried a lot of energy and pre-workout supps but I have never been so in LOVE with those products.
I am the happiest and most confident I have been in about 4 years. I get so much enjoyment cooking new foods and educating my mind on healthier options. I can honestly say I'm excited for more changes to come and can't wait for summer to begin to show off my new bikini body which I have wanted for years. It shows that hard work, self discipline and setting goals can change any perspective.
