I have been having issues with my weight and body image for many years. After having my first daughter at the age of 17, my weight just sky-rocketed. I had always weighed in at 130 lbs. However, due to "baby fat" and a lack of exercise and bad eating habits, my weight reached around 165 pounds. I was so unhappy and this affected every aspect of my life. I would neglect myself tremendously, and I had no energy to do absolutely anything. I would frequently put myself down, and would often cry because I felt like the ugliest creature in the world. However, the ironic thing is that I did not do anything to help my situation. This went on for quite a while and then about 4 years later, I gave birth to a second child which was followed by more weight gain. I was now weighing in at 175 lbs. And even though my weight problem caused me great frustration, I was still doing nothing about it. Instead, feeling angry at myself for letting myself go so much and not doing anything to help my situation had now become a routine. This continued for many years. It was an endless cycle that I was unable to escape. However, about 2 years ago a bet temporarily changed my life.
I was truly sick and tired of feeling the way I had been feeling for the last 8 years. I decided that enough was enough and that I wanted to do something about the way I looked and felt. Plus, my sister-in-law's wedding was coming-up in 7 mos. and I would be serving as a bridesmaid. With that being said, I am a very competitive person, so I thought that making a bet with my sister and brother-in-law to see who would lose the most weight before the wedding would be a great motivating factor. I truly tried my best because I wanted to win and prove that I could do it, and I actually managed to lose about 30 pounds with diet and exercise. During my first bridesmaid fitting my dress size was a 12. However, I managed to come down to a size 6 by the wedding date. I was truly feeling amazing. I could not recall the last time I felt that good about myself. Soon after the wedding, however, I noticed that the scale was beginning to go up once again. Soon after, my sister became engaged, so I knew that once again her wedding would be a motivating factor to keep the weight down. I managed to keep it down to about 140 lbs., but after the wedding had come and gone, it was a whole different story. Once again the scale started to go up little by little, and before I knew it, I had reached 158 pounds. My clothes were not fitting anymore, and it was definitely not a good feeling. I was getting too close to my heaviest weight and this was making me very unhappy. I was also starting to suffer from the same side effects I once suffered before: anger, frustration, self-hatred, etc... I knew I could not allow myself to hit rock-bottom once again, and this is the reason why YOR came into my life.
I first learned about the product when my friend Marisol Barroso began promoting it after she won second place in the women's slim category for group #5. She had been going on and on about how amazing this product is, and her before and after pictures were concrete evidence of what this product had done for her. She decided to host a YOR party as a way to continue promoting this amazing product that had done wonders for her. I was unable to attend the party; however, I decided to schedule an appointment to meet up with her a few days later. The funny thing is that I had seen the amazing results she had obtained with this product, but I was truly skeptical about what it could do for me. I think that the main reason why I was interested in YOR products was because of the challenge. As always, I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. Again, the competitive side of me was pushing me to learn more about it. She gave me a presentation about the product and gave me information that convinced me to purchase a package which included the YOR MRP and the YOR Digestive Ultra. I left a very motivated buyer because I knew I would be competing with many other people, and I wanted to come on top. To be honest, at this point I was not too interested in the product itself, but I was more interested in conquering the challenge. However, I truly came to love the product.
My first impression of the YOR MRP was that it tasted delicious and it actually filled me up. I had never taken any kind of supplements before, so I was skeptical about how satisfying it would be...but it totally proved itself to be great. I decided that the best time for me to take this was for breakfast and lunch, as it is harder for me to give up dinner. As for the digestive pills, I consumed one during the beginning of my dinner. I also started an exercise regimen which consisted of me working out 5 days a week. Within the first two weeks, I noticed that I had the energy and motivation to actually get through my workouts. I felt less bloated and I actually managed to drop 3 pounds within these first few days. As the weeks progressed, I started noticing that I was shedding more pounds. By the end of the 8 weeks, my clothes were no longer fitting tight, but they were actually fitting loose. The results I obtained made me very happy and excited, and I had finally realized that all these amazing things I had heard about the product were actually true. This product also helped me keep track of my meals. I have a very bad habit of skipping breakfast or lunch, which I know can hinder someone's attempt at trying to lose weight. However, taking the YOR MRP was so easy that it made it impossible to skip any meals!
I am truly thankful that YOR was introduced into my life. It helped me get back on track when I was failing at keeping myself motivated. With the help of this delicious and easy-to-consume product, I have started to believe in myself again, and it has given me a jump start to becoming healthy again. But even though I have had great results, the challenge is not over yet. There is still a lot of work left for me to do. And with the help of YOR and the very motivating challenge, I plan to reach my ideal weight and I am looking forward to joining the challenge again.

As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
