The Yor Best Body 8 week challenge was by far one of the most amazing experiences of my life. This challenge, products, and business has taught me valuable lessons that I'll use for the rest of my life. My body transformation was not easy and took self motivation, hard work, and persistence to obtain. My original goal was to start cutting up, define my muscles and gain 8 pounds to my frame. I'm happy to say that I achieved my goal, feel 1,000 times better about my appearance and my ability to help others. The Yor Best Body Challenge community website and side tools such as "IMINTHECHALLENGE.COM" & "8WeekLifestyle.com" was a major factor in my success. Being able to follow step by step instructions, testimonials, training videos, and food recipes helped jump start my vision. I've taken complete advantage of the YOR products. I've used the MRP for meal replacements as well as muscle protein after workouts. Probiotics & YOR digest have been huge factors in processing food. I've had stomach issues for a few years now and when I actively take both products my symptoms are pretty much eliminated. One of my favorite post or pre work out rituals is mixing YOR SuperGreens & Berry Blast together for what we call "Liquid Motivation". Not only does the blast clear my head and give me energy but the super greens revitalizes my whole system. My exercise regiment consisted of Weights, Running the treadmill, Yoga, and TRX training.
