I worked out 6x a week. why? because Even the days i wake up with my Fibromyalgia flaring up... I slowly make my way to the gym, but whats amazing is how i feel when I leave. My body feels lighter, the pain is less and I just feel happier. So i make it a point everyday to just make it there because once I am there I know the rest of my day will go better.
When I first got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and doctors told me I'd be living in pain for the rest of my life, I couldn't believe it. My heart was broken, i felt lonely, i felt depressed, and sooo emotional. But with the support of my amazing friends I always kept a positive attitude and just kept telling myself that I will get better, I will get rid of this, i will NOT live my life in pain.
THe 8-Week Challenge has been one of the best things in my life. It has taught me discipline, it has helped me eat better, eat cleaner, I am happier, and best part is I get to share it with so many people who are going through worse situations than I. I feel incredible and I am not for one second letting go of this feeling!
