Me dio gusto participar en el reto ya que deseaba bajar de pes, empece pesando 60 kilos mi meta era bajar 5 kilos ,para lograr esto tome yor probiotics por la mañana uno diario seguida de mi delicioso MRP con una fruta de colacion, por la tarde mi comida normal mas mis digest ultra, el primer mes fue el mas dificil ya que empece hacer ejercicio algo que ya no hacia y debo decir que el segundo ya no hice tan seguido,esto fue lo que mas trabajo me costo el ejercicio y tambien tener habitos saludables como tomar agua.
Mi experiencia en le reto fue bastante satisfactoria ya que baje lo que me propuse y me siento muy contenta por que quiero ir x otros 3 kilos mas, me siento feliz de haber conseguido la meta y se que estoy en el mejor vehiculo para seguir lograndolo !!! GRACIAS YORHEALTH!!!
