Cuando empece el reto, mi meta era bajar entre 7 y 8 kgs, me propuse lograrlo y apegarme a una disciplina con ayuda de los productos de yorhealth, comencé tomando probioticos al despertar, seguido por un ejercicio de una hora para concluir con una malteada junto con una medida de fibra.
entre desayuno y comida, tomo una bebida acompañada con supergreen y jugo de naranja, por la tarde antes de comer me tomo un digestivo, después entre comida y cena otra bebida de supergreen y cerraba con la noche con malteada acompañada con fibra, en realidad nunca pensé que con un poco de esfuerzo se alcanzara cumplir una meta, ahora que peso 72 kgs, mi apariencia física a mejorado junto con mi autoestima, actualmente he comprado pantalones con dos tallas menos y los anteriores los he empezado a dejar, a mi cinturón le he hecho tres perforaciones mas para poder apretarme el pantalón.
Hoy continuo con mi rutina, estoy intentando llegar a los 68 kgs, que es mi peso ideal, de acuerdo a mi estatura.
Cuando inicie este reto mi peso era de 82 kgs y mi tendencia era ir subiendo constantemente.
