hola tengo 59 años, siempre he estado de acuerdo en cuidarse y soy participe en ayudar a las personas a tener una buena nutricion, pero no habia visto tantos resultados favorables en los cuerpos de las personas como en las personas que toman yorhealth y yo no lograba tener el peso ideal ya me habia resignado a vivir con sobrepeso, perdi la esperanza y estaba insegura de mi mismo para empezar al reto de 8 semanas, mi hija me platico y decidi empezar a hacer algunos pequeños cambios en mi alimentacion empece a tomar la MRP desayuno y cena, super greens una vez al dia, digest en comidas y repair 2 veces al dia.
