Este es mi tercer ciclo, en el primero me dedique a bajar el peso que tenia de más, el segundo seguí bajando, en este me enfoque en subir masa muscular, mantuve mi indice de grasa en 10% así que subí 7 lbs en puro musculo.
Cambie mi rutina a hacer el cardio después de las pesas y sentí una mejoría. Tomo repair en ayunas antes del ejercicio, despues de mi rutina tomo MRP combinado con Fiber, y durante el dia tomo Super Greens y 3 tomas de vitaminas.
Procuro hacer ejercicio minimo 4 veces a la semana y hasta hora no he pisado el Gimnasio, todo el ejercicio lo hago en casa y en el parque donde corro. Hacerlo de esa manera me ayuda a despejar la mente.
Con el reto he estado en armonía con mi esposa, ella esta compitiendo en el campeonato anual!!!
También me ha ayudado a sentirme comodo con mi cuerpo y con mi condición fisica.
