Hola pues estoy muy satisfecha con los resultados aunque en un principio sentí que no estaba bajando decidí no pesar,e ni subir fotos hasta el final para apreciar el cambio completo.. Mi meta era bajar 8 kilos y estuve solo a 300 grs de lograrla
La verdad no me aplique mucho con dieta y menos con ejercicio y estaba un poco escéptica ya que soy hipotiroidea y pensé que no me funcionaria ... Ahora estoy con todos los ánimos para empezar el ciclo 2 y ahora si echarle más ganas

Entre con 107.6 kilos y termine con 99.5 entre con el best body y los productos los tomaba en la mañana probioticos con 2 repair malteada con el MRP greens y fibra mañana y noche y las digest 1 antes de cada comida las vitaminas 2-2-2 :D
