Este reto me resulto un tanto difícil, puesto que hice algunos cambios en mi vida, me mude a otra cd. Comence en otro empleo, nuevas amistades, nuevas aventuras, en cuanto al ejercicio, me fue un tanto complicado tener cierta consistencia y determinación, aún así logre los resultados que esperaba, mantener el peso y aumentar un kilo de masa corporal. Considero que los productos ayudaron muchisimo en lograr mi meta. En la mañana tomaba malteada y vitaminas, así como súper green, desayubaba fruta con fibra yor y en la comida siempre acompañada con enzimas y quemador complete burn, para finalizar el día tomaba reparador y probioticos. Durante el día tomaba el berry blast en caso de estar un poquito cansada, en general la combinacion ha sido bastante buena. Al tomar los productos me siento bastante satisfecha. Espero mejorar en el siguiente reto.
