Before I took the 8 week Challenge seriously, I have been on and off the challenge, the moment I decided to really Commit to take the 8 week challenge was when i saw myself with less motivation to do anything,I decided to enter the Challenge because of my girlfriend Ana Robles winning 2nd place! I was excited because I felt i wanted to win as well, when i realized i was 181 lbs i knew it was time to really commit.Now that i am 165lbs i feel more energized . i started to eat healthier, more salads and less tacos... more salads and less burgers, Plus the products had a huge impact in my workout, the products I used was Yor Chocolate Mrp combined with Yor Fiber Plus and Yor Berry Blast before my workout or after my workout, also what had gotten my the natural energy was Yor Supergreens in the early morning to start the day with Yor Fiber plus. what helped with my workout was also Yor Repair to not be sore and relax my muscles, what helped my burn more calories and energy was also Yor Complete Burn , burning upto almost 600 calories per workout!. the 8 week challenge has impacted me to be more healthier and not stop entering for fun and friendly competition :) hope to see you guys soon in the challenge , SI SE PUEDE!
