My name is David, and I'm a pro wrestler. I've been getting some good results from my previous challenge cycles, and this is my first time entering the sculpt category. Outside of just becoming even more healthy, I joined this cycle and the slim category because of my wrestling. Pro wrestling is a bit superficial in the sense that it benefits you to look physically fit. I haven't been living up to that expectation for way too long and I've been utilizing the 8 week challenge to change that. I entered this challenge cycle to get more of that wrestler body.

My goal for this cycle was to gain about 5lbs of lean muscle, and to slim down a bit to really show off that leanness that I KNOW I have hidden in me somewhere. I also wanted to drop down from 23% body fat to 15%. I incorporated a different style of cardio into my workout regimen. I now mix regular jogging, spinning classes, as well as high intensity interval running to my regimen. I also kicked up my weight training, adding new lifting techniques to bring the leanness out a bit more. I'm happy to say that this has been my most successful cycle yet, and I really have my support system to thank! These people gave me tips, ideas, someone to work out with, and most importantly encouragement and the "you can do its" that I desperately needed at times.

Thanks to YOR Health, the challenge, and the support I have, I was able to gain that 5lbs of muscle not even halfway through my cycle! During my cycle I peaked at 18% body fat! It wasn't where I wanted to end up, but it's POSITIVE PROGRESS! I look forward to entering my next cycle and shooting to reach that 15% by my halfway mark. My greatest gift during this cycle is compliments got from other wrestlers, fans and people close to me, who've been telling me how much slimmer I look, how they see the muscle mass I've packed on, and saying my personal favorite, "whatever you've been doing, keep it up!" =)
