For my 4th cycle, i started at 168 and ended at 166. Basically trying to maintain around 165 so i did pretty good with that. I still take my MRP after all my workouts and complete burn before them. Always got to have your probiotics and your digest ultra, they definitely come in handy.

I stay on my products every day, just like how i work out everyday. Ive gotten my strength up, my speed. My metabolism is so much faster then what it use to be. Every challenge i get a little closer to getting my abs to show. I will be honest, i dont like vegetables so i do my best with my diet and trying not to have to much carbs. My whole entire body is the strongest its ever been and i love it.

This challenge has and is still changing my life. My goal is to finish up all the way to my last cycle and have the strength ive been working for. Its changed my mindset when its comes to fear, procrastination, food, fitness, and what i want to do in life. I have to thank yorhealth for having this opportunity for me to become Who i want to be.
