ever since i can remember i have had the desire to gain muscle mass cause I've always been skinny. i got to a point where i was wearing baggy clothes just hide the fact that was well skinny. i felt embarrassed around my peers subconscious about how i look for the longest.i had tried working, tried other supplements in attempt to look better but failed countless times.one day at work i got hurt, threw my back out found out that i have 2 slipped discs and degenerative disc disease which crippled me for over a year i could not even walk, sit even lay for more than a couple minutes without pain. i was left discouraged,depressed, and angry. after a shot of epidural i was able to move again with less pain that's when i decided to enter the challenge. even though i was still in pain, even though i wanted to cry at times i still buckled down and worked through it. and on top of that i twisted my ankle playing basketball but i never gave up. with help of this amazing product line i was able to accomplish my goal, i was able to put on some real muscle mass. thank you to yorhealth and my local leaders for the support and encouragement. now i can take my shirt off with no problem. next cycle here i come!
