Hola amigos del reto!
Estoy muy contento de haber finalizado mi ciclo del reto de 8 semanas. Yo inicié con un peso de 71 KG y mi meta era de 69; logré bajar a 69.5. Normalmente corría 3 o 4 veces por semana y hacía lagartijas y sentadillas 2 veces por semana aprox. Por las mañanas tomaba mi malteada con Berry blast, probioticos y repair en ayunas, con cada comida digest ultra y vitaminas, además de el supergreens entre comidas. Estoy muy emocionado por comenzar mi siguiente ciclo pero ahora para empezar a tonifica. Gracias YOR Health por impactar significativamente mi vida tanto en el aspecto físico como emocional.
