Honestly, this challenge has definitely challenged me. I was debating at first to see if I wanted to join the challenge. I'm not the kind person who wants to workout on a daily basis or watch my portions because I love eating and I thought working out wouldn't make a difference if I eat again tomorrow. But it was my boyfriend who motivated me to join and complete the process. He wanted to build more muscle and said it'd be great if we both won and become one of the better looking couple. Fit, Sexy, and going out there to share it with others. So I joined.
After joining, my daily routines and products I took was: digestives, probiotics, mrp, and supergreens to help me throughout the process and help me from over eating. I took them daily: once in the morning, lunch, and dinner. I exercised at least 4 times a week and had 2 or 3 rest days.
The impact of this 8 week challenge has really helped me build confidence in my body and my eating habits. I watch more of my portions and try not to eat when I'm really not hungry, but cravings just kicks in. I am so happy I can look at myself in the mirror now and see that a short person like me, can be fit and good-looking. Standing right next to my boyfriend who is also looking better now.
