Pues estoy mas que feliz porque he concluido mi reto numero 4, jamas pense que podria ser tan constante, complete 3 en adelgazar logrando eliminar 6kg, 10cm de cintura y 6cm de abdomen, y este es mi 1ero en definir, mi meta era comenzar a definir piernas y abdomen, empezando con pequeños ejercicios basicos que logre hacer en casa, sin necesidad de ir a un gimnasio, esto porque recien tuve una operacion en el abdomen que me impedia tener mucho esfuerzo fisico, tambien deseaba recobrar mi condicion fisica ya que era casi nula porque hace mucho tiempo que no hacia ejercicio, todos los dias minimo 15 min en la mañana o en la noche hacia una pequeña rutina.
tambien fueron indispensables para esto seguir con mis productos como desde enero al pie de la letra tomandomelos como se nos han recomendado, empezando la mañana con mi probioticos, mrp, fibra, super greens y repair, tmb un berry blast para aguantar la condicion fisica, y en las comidas mis enzimas, repitiendo algunas veces por las noches.
Me siento muy satisfecha por lo que he logrado que tengo ganas de seguir con mas, para mi proximo ciclo ya quiero ver esos cuadritos y piernas mas definidas, cada dia me gusto mas en el espejo, vamos por mas y ese reto 5.
