This Last 8 week challenge has been tough for me. But thanks to my friends at Yor Health Ive been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite all of the obstacles that have come my way. I started off in this challenge at 377 pounds, I've managed to lose 2 pounds of weight. With the way I've been working out I'm not disappointed with the results, I trained with heavier weights and consumed more healthier foods to maintain the muscle I've gained and to lose the body fat. In the morning I would start my day off with a Yor Shake mixed with supergreens and Yor Fiber plus. This is an excellent meal replacement since I barely have time to make my own breakfast. I take the entire line of products ranging from the Yor Shake down to the digest ultra. My favorite product is the Complete Burn. The exercises I was doing demanded a lot from me. I was working out 2-3 times a week. The heavy lifting allowed me to achieve more muscle growth. The challenge has aligned me to be one step close in achieving my dream body. With the next challenge I will approach my workout and diets differently to break the plateau that has affected my fat loss
