Este fue un ciclo algo dificil para mi. Cuando inicie mi meta era subir dos kilos y marcar el abdomen. Logre subir cuatro kilos y reducir mi grasa. Adios al "muffin", especialmente notable cuando vi mi foto de espaldas.

Sin embargo, aun no he podido definir mi abdomen. Mi volumen de masa muscular ha mejorado, subi de peso sin subir de tallas (incluso mejore un poco en cintura) pero aun no logro una definicion muscular. Continuo tomandome el paquete Adelgaza y haciendo correcciones en mi alimentación.

A pesar de todo, me siento fisicamente muy bien. Voy a continuar aprendiendo y luchando por mejorar mis resultados.
