I have always been thin but never quite fit. I never really payed much mind to my health further than what I ate. I was brought up close to my grandparents whom are Vegan, and great Parents who always made sure my siblings and I ate good quality foods. Therefore, I became aware of, and practiced eating healthier foods than the average person; I controlled food portions, and avoided most kinds of meats like pork.
However, when A good friend introduced me to the YOR Health products and the 8 week Challenge, I realized how much more healthier I could've been. the probiotics and Fiber helped reduced my usual bloatedness, which I would always get after eating. As a result, my abs became more visible.The Supergreens improved my circulation which helped alieve my painful Varicose Veins. I've suffered from Varicose Veins on my left leg since the age of 8. I would get intense pain after too much leg activity ( an excuse I think I've used to not be as fit as I currently am). Fortunately now, I've been able to run for longer periods of time and have less pain in my leg, raising my level of endurance.
The main products I used were, Probiotics, Fiber, and MRP. I did cardio 2 days of the week, and lifted weights 3 days of the week. I took one probiotic 4 times a week. Fiber everyday, once a day in at least one meal or drink ( cereal/ orange juice). MRP after lifting weights and every other day as an additional meal in my day, not as a replacement meal. I always mixed the MRP with almond milk.
Thank you to the 8 week challenge and some good friends for the positive influence. This was an enjoyable first step into bettering my health. Now I can say Im thin and fit!! Good luck everyone!!
