The 8 week challenge is the best contest that I never had the opportunity to participate; I started with 85.5kg/188.49lbs and finished with 77.2kg/170.19lbs. Almost 9kg. less. For many years I have been suffer for pain in my elbows, shoulders, knees and my back, like a result of many sports injuries along the years. Now, there is a big change, I am more flexible, more agile, stronger, and thinner, yeaahh!!.
I have been taking: Probiotics and Repair upon waking(6am), Supergreen before the gym on the morning, Berry Blast on action (gym), MPR with Fiber after the routine, the Digest and Vitamins after meal on midday, My second cardio routine at night (8pm), at night the MPR with Fiber and Supergreen, Repair and Vitamins before sleep.
