My before weight was 135 lbs and I wanted to drop 10 lbs after giving birth. In my regimen, I used the majority of the products except for the Fiber Plus and Completeburns.
Why I didn't hit my goal was because when I started the challenge in January, I was not consistent with my products and was still eating all the food I liked.
I was not consistent with going to the gym either, so I started taking the challenge more seriously in February with more exercise at the gym and Zumba every Tuesday with friends. I can see working out with a group of friends really helped motivate me rather than doing it by myself.
Within the month of February, I was able to drop 5 lbs and I feel much lighter and am able to fit into some of my jeans from before my pregnancy. That to me is very exciting! I definitely can't wait for the next 8 week challenge!
