I didn't have too much time to exercise because of my busy work schedule from 5:30am until later in the evening between a couple of my different jobs for the summer, but I did try to do something at least one time a week. When I'm at work, I'm also constantly on my feet moving about every where. Although I was only able to lose three pounds, I could feel that I wasn't getting as bloated as I used to be and had more energy than ever :)
The Challenge really helps me to stay focused and remember to take my products. Also, my friends are doing it too and when they post pictures of being at the gym, it reminds me that I need to make the time to go as well! I got to try a couple Zumba classes and even learned how to play Flag Football through the challenge and build new skills I never thought was possible before!
