CADA DIA MAS FELIZ ¡¡
Hoy después de terminar mi segundo reto puedo decir que he cambiado totalmente mi estilo de vida, pase de ser una persona sedentaria y sin energía a una persona llega de vitalidad y muy feliz.
Continúe tomando los mismos productos que había tomado la primera vez y gracias a los cuales logre bajar 13 kilos de peso en mi primer reto (las encimas, el quemador, el batido, los probioticos).
A la mitad de mi segundo reto me anime a ir al gimnasio pero a causa de este no logre bajar la cantidad de peso que me había puesto como meta (80 kilos) ya que gracias a los batidos mis músculos empezaron adsorber proteína y a crecer.
